Astrosophy does not regard a person as a behavioural profile or a collection of data points. The information you entrust to us belongs to the story of an individual life. This policy explains what we collect, why it is needed, how it is protected, and what we deliberately choose not to collect.
Vega Creatives LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates Astrosophy at astrosophy.app and is the controller responsible for the personal data described below.
The attached privacy framework is grounded in freedom, equal rights, and responsible cooperation. We apply that framework practically:
Your inner life and reflective work are not material for advertising profiles.
Your rights to access, correct, export, object to, or erase data do not depend on your membership status.
Operational data used for accounts, security, and billing is kept within those purposes.
What we deliberately do not do
We process data only for specified purposes: providing the service you requested, securing and maintaining it, meeting legal obligations, and—where you choose—sending optional communications or measuring product use.
Create and secure your account; calculate and display charts; synchronise saved data; provide trial and membership access; respond to support requests.

We aim to collect only information that is adequate, relevant, and necessary for an active purpose. Birth data is treated with particular care and is used to calculate and present astrological material—not for advertising or unrelated profiling.
Optional data remains optional. If a field, event, or integration cannot be justified against a current product, security, billing, or legal purpose, it should not be collected.
We use providers only to operate Astrosophy. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and, where required, a data-processing agreement.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If a breach requires notification, we will notify affected people and authorities as required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive your data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a supervisory authority. California residents may also request disclosure or deletion and exercise applicable rights without discrimination. We do not sell personal information.

Astrosophy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. A person under the age of legal majority should use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Contact us if you believe a child provided data without appropriate consent.
We may update this policy as the service, providers, or law changes. Material changes will be identified by the updated date and communicated to registered users when appropriate.
